Chart Specifications
How many times have you heard the purchasing
agent say it? "Hey,
charts are charts, ...what possible differences
could their be? I mean, really, paper is paper
right?" Those who manufacture
recorders know quite well that chart paper is an
integral and precision part of the recorders
that they make. If the chart paper is not
accurately made, then the recorder will not work
correctly. Want to know what we look at on chart
paper? Check out the
"Chart Specs" page! You
will be surprised at the details needed to make
an accurate reliable chart.Want to know more?

October 13, 2005:
Kokusai Chart Corporation of America proudly
announces a new line of thermal enhanced papers.
The recording industry has long sought a
reliable and accurate thermal base recording
paper for recorders of many different
manufacturers. The flexibility and adaptability
of thermal papers has long been offered as an
answer to the need of different charts for
different applications. However, due to the
coating process and the actual paper stock, many
problems have plagued this product. Curling,
uneven stylus contact pressure, fading, ....and
more, are typical complaints. However, now there
is an answer...."ThermalKlear™"
This new formulation produces clear and accurate
recording which has longer life and better
traces. Though not available for all thermal
recorders at this time, an entire line of this
new product will be offered. Contact your
Kokusai dealer for more information and
availability, or contact our corporate USA
office for more information.
